Cena wants The Rock to Bring It
FYI:Regarding John Cena’s comments blasting The Rock, the interview was conducted in the middle of January when he was doing promotional work for WWE in Europe. For whatever reason, the comments weren’t disclosed until over a month later.

News: The Sun UK has an interview up with John Cena where Cena says he is upset with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for turning his back on wrestling.
“He is a genuinely nice guy and a fantastic human being. What I kind of get peeved about, and this is my Achilles heel, is that I’ve wanted to do this my whole life. Rock falls into that category. At one point he loved wrestling and wanted to do this all his life. So explain to me why he can’t come back. Simply put it’s because he wants to be an actor and there’s nothing wrong with that. He’s very good and very successful. Associating with sports entertainment doesn’t do much for his acting career. I get it. Just don’t f*** me around and tell me that you love this. That’s the only thing that gets me really p***ed off. Our fan base have so much admiration for him, he’s got to respect that. He doesn’t give anything back.”
Happy: This should definatly be interesting given that Cena and The Rock will likely confront each other at the Wrestlemania Hall of Fame inductions. Part of me agrees with Cena, another part strongly disagrees. First, I agree that The Rock has kind of been shady to the company that made him a star. Yes of course he’s got bigger fish to fry now and yes of course he used to make the occassional cameo, but recently, he has even dropped “The Rock” name from his personna.
And before you comment the heck out of my comment section, know that I have no problem with him “growing up” or becoming his own person. That’s great and I appreciate everything The Rock has done, be it his wrestling career or his acting career. Take a look at Eric Bischoff for instance. Eric Bischoff could have been the billionaire that Vince is now had WCW defeated the WWF in the Monday Night Wars. Instead, Bischoff spent a few years of his career with the company that cost him his career. And not only did Bischoff spend a couple of years with the company, he went through several, humiliating storylines and spots to continue to entertain the fans. The Rock had it good in the WWF/E compared to what many endured, so why not give back every now and then to the people and the fans who helped you along the way.
