Ok since there is a lawsuit pending against Rock I thought I would dig up some info on exactly who this Marty Adelstein is. So I posted some info about him below:
Marty Adelstein is recognized as a trailblazing agent who has recently turned his focus to management and producing. A founding partner of Endeavor, he helped launch the agency in 1995 and became a driving force in establishing Endeavor as one of the top agencies in Hollywood. During his six-and-a-half-year tenure, he personally represented such motion picture and television clients as David E. Kelley, Bonnie & Terry …..Turner, Jackie & Jeff Filgo, Brad Hall, Simon West, Jan de Bont, Jack Burditt, Alan Cohen & Alan Freedland, Cindy Chupack, Mitchel Katlin & Nat Bernstein, Lynn Latham & Bernie Lechowick, John Swartzwelder and the WWF’s Vince and Linda McMahon. Prior to Endeavor, he was a talent agent at CAA, having begun his career in the legendary mailroom of William Morris. In the past few years, he flawlessly transitioned into talent (e.g., WWF’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, “Xena” star Lucy Lawless) and packaging (Glen Morgan and Jim Wong’s “Willard,” a writing/producing/directing deal with Miramax sealed after Adelstein sent the script in cages with live rats to every studio).
