Dwayne Bday Project 08 all wrapped up!

We are officially done with the bday project. The star was shipped to his agent and was received on April 29, 2008. The 120.00 that we raised for the rock foundation cause to send clothing to underprivileged children in Lesotho, Africa was also deposited on May 1st, 2008 to the foundation via the Make a difference Network. Thanks to everyone who contributed. Now all we do is sit and wait and hope for a response! See you guys next year!

Donations and Scrapbook Update

Right now we have going for the donation to a cause for Dwayne’s charity again were raising money to send Clothing to Underprivilidged Kids in Rock’s Toy Chest: Lesotho Africa.

The last date for donations will be April 29th, 2008 (Tuesday) so you still have time to contribute if you have not already.

Also the scrapbook and star dedication have been shipped as of today and Dwayne’s PR manager should be receiving the packages by Tuesday just in time for his bday. Thanks to everyone who participated and made the project work. Charity Donations update

We are still in need of donations to The Rock Foundation. Right now we have 50.00 going for the donation to a cause for Dwayne’s charity again were raising money to send Clothing to Underprivilidged Kids in Rock’s Toy Chest: Lesotho Africa. Please give if you can. If you are interested in sending in a check or money order instead of paypal please email me before the end of next week, which is April 25, 2008.

Help fill the Rock’s Toy Chest with needed supplies and gifts to send to underpriviledged children in Lesotho Africa.

How The Money Will Be Spent

The money will be used to buy 100 T-Shirts, Socks, and Underwear for Underpriviledged children in Lesotho Africa. These are necessary items that these children will not have without your generous support.

Donate $4 : Buy one pair of underwear for Toy Chest.

Donate $10 : Send 1 T-Shirt in Toy Chest.

Donate $13 : Send 5 Pairs of Socks in Toy Chest!

Donate $20 : Buy 5 pairs of Underwear for Toy chest.

Monday March 31st is officially the LAST DAY for the bday fan scrapbook submissions. If you haven’t already and plan on submitting something get it in by this weekend so we can put you in the book.

Star donations are complete, now Charity donations!

Ok great news we have all the money for the star! I will be ordering it next week and it will be all ready for May! Thanks to all of you who donated. 1 deluxe star kit coming up!

Now we can open up donations for his charity The Rock Foundation for those of you who want to donate towards that. I know earlier some of you said you wanted to just donate towards the star or just the charity which is fine. But I want to find out how many of you would like to contribute to the foundation first.

But please let me know how many of you are planning to donate towards the charity if at all by dropping me an email. No one will be singled out and a list won’t be posted so feel free.
